Terms and Conditions:
Camp Yavapines is a Christian retreat center, which is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. In order for all of our guests to feel comfortable at our facility, we ask that you observe a few simple guidelines while visiting.
- From sundown Friday until sundown Saturday, we make every effort to maintain a quiet atmosphere, which is
conducive to worship because it is our Sabbath hours.
- We request that modest clothing (and bathing suits) be worn while on camp property.
- There is to be no profanity used on the grounds.
- No beverages containing alcohol will be allowed on the premises. If anyone in your group is observed with any
form of alcohol, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
- Camp Yavapines is a smoke free environment. There is no smoking inside or outside of any building due to the
fire danger we live in. If you must smoke, please do so in your vehicle.
- There are NO PETS ALLOWED on our camp. This is per Health Code Regulations
- We reserve the right to apply a damage/cleaning fee based on the condition of the camp upon your departure.
This fee will be charged and mailed to your group leader within 1 week after your retreat.
We ask that you provide adequate supervision of your group at all times and that the rules and guidelines be strictly followed by all members of your group.
Accident Insurance: Does your group have insurance that covers them away from your facility? Yes____ No____
You MUST have accident insurance coverage. Provide a Copy.
Guarantee and Finances: Groups desiring to use the facilities at Camp Yavapines must arrange ahead by completing application. A 15% deposit is to accompany the application to make it valid. Upon receipt of the deposit and application, the date will be checked for availability. If the date is agreeable, a confirmation will be mailed back to you. DO NOT assume confirmation until you receive a copy of your application signed by the Administrative Camp Director.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the confirmation. If you find it necessary to ask for a change in date after that 30-day period, a written request must be submitted to this office. Under certain circumstances, we will endeavor to re-book your group within the same calendar year.
Charges for retreats are made on the basis of facilities used by the number of people in your group. Fourteen (14) days prior to the start of your retreat an additional 70% deposit is required. Both deposits will be used toward your current charges and the balance is due at the end of your retreat. We ask that your group representative check out with the Camp Manager before leaving the grounds to discuss all charges incurred and to pay the final bill. Please be advised that you will be charged for 85% of your total estimated number, whether you meet that number or not.
We, the undersigned, have filled out the above application to the best of our knowledge and have read the regulations concerning finances. We agree to these conditions and request use of Camp Yavapines.

A copy of this contract will be returned to you along with a receipt for your deposit as a confirmation.
Note: Camp Yavapines reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time. If we exercise this right, your deposit will be returned to you in full. However, if you cancel this contract, your deposit will not be returned.
Important! You have 14 days to return this application with the required deposit.
After that time, the date you requested will be opened up to other groups, which may be waiting.
